Terms & Conditions
Registration:
The registration fee includes
unlimited access to all scientific sessions, lunches
and/or coffee breaks from Thursday through Saturday and the Meet-&-Greet-Reception on Friday evening.
Registration
has to be made via this website or on-site using one of the registration/payment options offered:
- online payment by credit card (via secured server)
- Pay Pal
- payment by bank transfer (due within 2 weeks of the initial registration)
- payment on-site (cash or credit card, with a 15 EUR surcharge)

Confirmation:
Upon receipt of the complete and correct registration, each participant will receive a confirmation
of
registration with an individual barcode. Please print this confirmation email and bring to
the registration desk as proof for your registration. Please contact the Administrative Office, if you do not get a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy:
To request cancellation please write a request to: eurocmr@medconvent.at
- Until 31 March 2016:
refund of fee minus 25% administrative charges
- After 31 March 2016:
no refund
- Name change before 31 March 2016: 60 Euro
- No name change possible after 31 March 2016
- No shows will be charged the full fee
- 20 Euro will be charged for lost badge replacements on-site
- Refunds will be processed after the congress.
The
participant acknowledges that he/she has no right
to demand compensation from the organisers should
the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented
by unexpected political or economic events or generally
by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of
speakers or other reasons necessitate program
changes.
With his/her registration, the participant
accepts these terms. |
